Dear Customers,

One and a half times hourly rate applied after 10 hours for entire hour, 8 hours for Steadicam.  Half Day Rate must be pre-negotiated in advance.  Any cancellations shall be billed as a flat Day Rate per each day, non-negotiable unless all parties agree in writing.  Compensation all terms: Monetary NET30 under penalty. 

Note: Mileage, per diem, lodging, accommodations and transportation negotiated separately.
